In the light of unprecedented developments regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to share with you our existing protocols and some new changes to help protect you and our team members.
As always, we practice strict safety and sanitation while working with your food. Our team members must wear gloves when coming into contact with any food and we continue to maintain appropriate food handling, hand washing, and sanitizing protocols throughout production and up through delivery.
We will be implementing a “no-contact” delivery for the foreseeable future. We will not be entering anyone’s home and will instead deliver all orders to your front porch in our reusable delivery bags. These bags will not be accepted back. Please consider leaving an ice chest or other designated container on your porch into which we can place your food delivery in order to save unnecessary waste of these reusable delivery bags. When placing food into your ice chests, our staff will use gloves to open containers and place your orders inside.
Supply Concerns – As much of the country, including grocery stores, begins to encounter supply issues, we will likely be affected. We will do our best to continue to provide quality chef-prepared, home-cooked meals with the ingredients available to us. Please let us know if there are items that you would like to see on the menu during these next several weeks. As supply is available, we will do our best to provide your favorites.
Due to the small size of our company, should any member of our team be exposed to the virus or develop any symptoms, production will cease immediately. Any upcoming orders you have placed will be cancelled and refunds given.
We understand this is a time of uncertainty. We hope and pray for speedy resolution to this outbreak.
