Beef Stew
The King of all stews, cooked over the period of several hours for maximum flavor and richness
No flour used to thicken this stew, Gluten Free Served with Carrots, Mushrooms and Pearl Onions
Boneless Pork Chop with Dried Apricot Relish
Pan Seared in Olive Oil and Finished in the Oven.
Vegetables, Walnuts and Dried Figs Round Out the Relish. Best Served Warm.
Chicken Parmesan
Our Chicken Rests In Buttermilk and Italian Spices for a Day. Then it Is Pan Fried and Covered with Four Cheeses and Melted in the Oven. Placed Over a Rich and Hearty Marinara and Some More Parmesan.
